摘  要:目的建立高风险塑料输液产品的差示扫描量热分析鉴别方法。方法初始温度40℃,以20℃·min^(-1)加热到200℃,再以20℃·min^(-1)降温到40℃,然后以10℃·min^(-1)加热到200℃,记录DSC图谱。结果聚丙烯输液瓶、塑料输液容器用聚丙烯组合盖(拉环式,内盖)、三层共挤输液用膜(袋)和五层共挤输液用膜(袋)均显示其特征DSC图谱。结论该方法准确、灵敏、简便,适用于对高风险塑料输液产品的鉴别。OBJECTIVE To develop a method for identification of plastic infusion products of high risk by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).METHODS The initial temperature was 40 ℃,then heated to 200 by 20℃ ℃·min^(-1),cooled to 40 ℃by 20 ℃·min^(-1),then heated to 200 ℃ by 10 ℃·min^(-1),recorded the DSC spectrum.RESULTS PP infusion bottles,combinational closures of PP for plastic infusion containers(with ring-pull)(inner closure),3-layer co-extrusion film(bag) for infusion,5-layer co-extrusion film(bag) for infusion showed specific DSC spectrum,respectively.CONCLUSION This method is accurate,sensitive,simple,it can be used for identification of plastic infusion products of high risk.
