摘　　要：目的通过临床药师参与1例新生儿股动脉血栓栓塞病例的临床治疗实践,加强对新生儿血栓栓塞症的认识,制定合理的抗栓治疗方案。方法临床药师查阅相关文献指南,参与制定和优化患儿抗栓治疗方案,评估药物风险/收益比,并提供药学监护。结果在临床药师和临床医师共同制定的抗栓治疗方案下,患儿血栓栓塞症得到良好的治疗效果,用药过程中未发生不良反应。结论临床药师参与罕见病的临床治疗,保障了患儿用药的安全性、有效性。OBJECTIVE To enhance the knowledge of neonatal thromboembolism,and to provide rational antithrombotic therapy by summaring the clinical practice of clinical pharmacists participating in a case of neonatal femoral artery thrombosis.METHODS Basde on consulting literatures and guidelines,clinical pharmacists formulated and optimized the antithrombotic therapy,assessed the risk-benefit ratio of drugs,and provided pharmaceutical care.RESULTS The antithrombotic therapy developed by clinical pharmacists and clinicians cured the baby with no adverse drug reactions occurred.CONCLUSION The clinical pharmacist＇s participation in clinical treatment of rare disease will ensure the safety and effectiveness for drug utilization.
