清痰合剂对小鼠气管分泌物影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过研究清痰合剂对实验小鼠气管分泌物的影响,探讨清痰合剂的祛痰作用及对急性气管-支气管炎与慢性支气管炎急性发作期的作用机制。方法:将50只昆明种小鼠随机均分为5组:0.9%氯化钠注射液组、盐酸氨溴索片组及大、中、小剂量清痰合剂组,连续灌胃给药5d,于末次给药后1h腹腔注射酚红溶液,处死小鼠,取下相同位置的一段气管并冲洗,测洗出液的吸光度,计算气管冲洗液中的酚红浓度。结果:与0.9%氯化钠注射液组比较,大、中、小剂量清痰合剂组及盐酸氨溴索片组气管洗出液的吸光度均明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明大、中、小剂量清痰合剂组及盐酸氨溴索片组均可显著促进小鼠气管分泌。结论:清痰合剂可显著促进小鼠气管的分泌,增高气管洗出液的吸光度,表明清痰合剂有很好的祛痰作用。Objective： To determine the effect of Qingtan mixture on tracheal secretions in mice,and to elucidate the phlegm removal effect of Qingtan mixture and its mechanism of action in acute tracheobronchitis and acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods： Fifty Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups,namely 0. 9% sodium chloride injection group,ambroxol hydrochloride tablet group,and high-,medium-,and low-dose Qingtan mixture groups. Mice were gavaged with the corresponding treatment for 5 consecutive days,and then intraperitoneally injected with phenol red solution 1 hour after the final administration. After the mice were sacrificed,the same segment of the trachea was harvested from each mouse and washed. The absorbance of tracheal washing fluid was measured to calculate phenol red concentration. Results： Compared with the 0. 9% sodium chloride injection group,the high-,medium-,and low-dose Qingtan mixture groups and ambroxol hydrochloride tablet group had significantly increased absorbance of tracheal washing fluid（ all P 0. 01）,demonstrating that these treatments could significantly promote tracheal secretions in mice. Conclusion： Qingtan mixture can significantly promote tracheal secretion and increase the absorbance of tracheal washing fluid in mice,indicating that Qingtan mixture is an effective agent for phlegm removal.
