摘 要:为进一步研究WRKY转录因子在玉米生长发育及逆境胁迫过程中的作用,通过生物信息方法,从玉米基因组中得到3个同源性较高的WRKY家族基因:ZmWRKY1-like、ZmWRKY4-like、ZmWRKY21-like。同时,采用荧光定量PCR技术分析这3个基因在玉米不同组织及不同逆境胁迫下的表达模式。结果表明,3个基因在玉米的不同器官中都有表达,但具有组织表达特异性。200mol/L NaCl胁迫处理后,ZmWRKY21-like基因呈上调表达;200g/L PEG6000胁迫处理后,ZmWRKY1-like基因出现下调表达;4℃低温胁迫下,3个基因的表达都没有出现显著变化。上述结果表明,ZmWRKY1-like和ZmWRKY21-like基因可能分别参与玉米植株对干旱和盐胁迫的响应。In order to lay a good foundation for research on the function of WRKY family genes in the growth and response mechanisms of stress in maize, we identified three WRKY transcription factor (TF) genes ( ZmWRKYI-like , ZmWRKY4-like , ZmWRKY21-like ) in maize genome by using bioinformatics method. In addition, the expression patterns of three genes in different tissues and under different stresses were analyzed by real-time qPCR. The results showed thatZm WRKYI-like, Zm- WRKY4-like , ZmWRKY21-like expressed in all tested maize tissues and had a differential expres- sion. The expression ofZm WRKY21-like was up-regulated under salt stress and Zm WRKY1-like was down-regulated under drought stress. However, the expression levels of these three genes under low temperature stress had no significant change. These results indicated that ZmWRKYI-like and Zm- WRKY21-Iike may be involved into plant response to drought and salt stress, respectively.
