摘　　要：厨房家电作为食品接触产品的重要类别,需满足食品接触材料的国家安全标准(以下简称食安国标)要求。然而目前食品接触安全评估主要针对各部件分别进行测试和评价,尚无针对整机的测试评价方法。本文基于新版食安国标的要求,通过整机模拟测试和分配件加权回归整机两种方法,对厨房家电的整机食品接触安全性展开评估。结果表明,部件安全不一定代表整机安全,厨房家电的整机食安评估具有重要意义。As an important constitution of food contact product, kitchen appliance should compliance the requirement of national standard for food contact safety. However, at present, the food contact safety assessment of kitchen appliance is taken on the component, and no test and assessment method can be found to evaluate food contact safety of whole product. In this paper, we uses whole product simulation test and component weighting test to evaluate the food contact safety of whole product. The results show that the compliance of component doesn＇t represent the compliance of whole product, which means that the evaluation of whole product food contact safety has significant meanings.
