摘 要:针对中新天津生态城水环境建设目标高,水资源严重匮乏、水环境现状质量差、生态用水需求量大的问题,进行了景观水体补水的多水源净化处理技术集成,重点开展了污水处理厂生物池技术改造与气浮滤池污水深度处理的一级A升级改造工艺研究,实现了普通再生水水质COD≤50mg/L、NH_3-N≤5mg/L、NO_3^--N≤15mg/L、TP≤0.5mg/L的目标。开展了浸没式超滤膜+反渗透再生水工艺研究,实现了高品质再生水COD≤30 mg/L、NH3-N≤1.5 mg/L、NO_3^--N≤10mg/L、TP≤0.3mg/L的目标。建立了以一级A出水、再生水、雨水、过境水等多水源补水的综合模式与工程示范,补水能力达到2万m3/d,为中新生态城新型水环境系统构建与实施提供了保障。In view of the high target of water environment construction, serious shortage ol water resources, poor quality of water environment and large demand for ecological water in ecolog- ical city of Tianjin, the multi-water purification technologies for eco-city landscape water compensa- tion were integrated. The updating of biological pool technology and air floatation tank sewage treatment for effluent conforming to one-class A permitted criteria was researched as emphases. The results showed that the water quality of COD≤50 mg/L, NH3-N≤5 mg/L, NO3- -N≤15 mg/L and TP≤0.5 mg/L meeting the general level of ecological water compensation. Moreover, the re- search of submerged ultrafiltration membrane q- reverse osmosis recycled water technology was carried out, got the high quality replenishment with COD^30 mg/L, NH3- N≤1. 5 mg/L, NO3---N≤10 mg/L, TP≤0.3 mg/L, respectively. The Integrated model and demonstration pro- ject for multi - headwater supplement using the effluent better than standard A of the first class recycled water, reclaimed water, rain and passing-by surface water were established with the capac- ity up to 20000 m3/d. This research guaranteed for the construction and implementation of the new water environment system of Ecological City of Tianjin.
