摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型爽滑剂--硅酮母粒，它还兼具“开口剂”功能。使用硅酮母粒加工的CPP、CPE等薄膜具有较低的表面摩擦系数、较好的透明度。同时，硅酮母粒不会在薄膜的不同表面问迁移、不会在薄膜的不同层次之间迁移、不会从薄膜进入内装物、不会在高温条件下失去效力，可以解决复合膜熟化后摩擦系数上升、剥离力衰减、开口性差等问题，也可以解决因助剂析出而产生的白点问题。This article describes a new type of smoothing agent - silicone masterbatch, which also owns＂opening agent＂ function.The films such as CPP, CPEprocessed by silicone masterbatch have a lower surface friction coefficient, better transparency. At the same time, the silicone masterbatch will neither migrate between different surfaces of the film, nor migrate between layers of the film,and will neither enter the contents from the film, nor lose efficacy under high temperature conditions. It can not only solve the problem of aging of the composite film such as rising friction coefficient, attenuation of peeling force, poor opening, etc., also can solve the white spot problem caused by the precipitation of auxiliary agents.
