摘 要:维生素D是一种人体必需的脂溶性维生素,也是一种类固醇激素,通过其活性形式作用于维生素D受体发挥作用。除经典的调节钙、磷代谢的作用外,近期研究发现维生素D还有调节免疫功能、抑制炎症反应、抑制细胞的增殖、分化等非经典作用。肾病综合征(nephrotic syndrome,NS)是一种由免疫紊乱引起的常见的肾脏疾病,其病理生理的改变及糖皮质激素的应用可影响维生素D的代谢。因此维生素D水平与NS具有密切相关性。Vitamin D is a kind of essential fat-soluble vitamins in human body, as well as a kind of steroid hormone. Vitamin D plays a role through its active form acting on a vitamin D receptor. In addition to the role in the regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, recent studies have found that vitamin D also regulate immune function, inhibit inflammatory response, inhibit cell proliferation, differentiation and other non-classical role. Nephrotic syndrome(NS) is a common kidney disease caused by immune disorders. The changes of its pathophysiology and the use of glucocorticoids can affect the metabolism of vitamin D. Vitamin D levels are closely related to NS.
