摘 要:通过3面轻钢轻混凝土墙体浇筑试验,研究纤维水泥平板作为免拆模板,在浇筑聚苯颗粒混凝土过程中侧压力的分布规律和构造措施。结果表明:聚苯颗粒混凝土与普通混凝土侧压力分布曲线的形状基本相同,呈梯形分布;800~1000kg/m^3聚苯颗粒混凝土的有效压头高度为1600~1800mm;模板变形随自攻钉间距的增加而增大。在试验的基础上,采用MIDAS对模板变形进行数值模拟,计算结果与试验结果符合较好。Based on the experiment of 3 lightweight steel lightweight concrete walls, the lateral pressure distribution and construction measures during the process of pouting polystyrene pellets concrete were studied. The results showed that the shape of the lateral pressure distribution curve of polystyrene particle concrete and ordinary concrete is basically the same, all of which are trapezoidal distribution.The effective head height of 800-1000kg/m3 polystyrene particle concrete is 1600-1800mm. Formwork deformation increases with the increasing of self-tapping nail spacing. On the basis of the experiment, the deformation of the formwork is simulated by MID AS. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
