摘 要:针对某铝厂215k A电解系列应用外补偿母线技术及新式阴极结构技术对其优化,减少了铝液中水平电流,降低了电解槽的阴极压降,提高了电解槽的稳定性及可操作性。同时,通过电解槽热平衡仿真模拟,设计了保温型内衬结构。运行指标显示与优化前相比,吨铝直流电耗降低828k W·h,电流效率提升1.9个百分点,为企业带来了巨大的经济效益。In this paper, the external compensating bus and new cathode structure technology were applied to 215kA potline in a smelter, which signifi- cantly reduced the horizontal current in liquid aluminum, decreased the cathode voltage drop and promoted the stability and operability of pots. In the meantime, the optimized heat preservation pot lining was designed based on heat balance simulation by software. Comparing with performance index prior to optimization, DC consumption reduced by 828kW h. CE improved by 1.9 percentage point. This optimization has brought huge economic benefits to the smelter.
