摘 要:太湖流域经济发达,城镇化水平较高。为支撑城市和区域经济社会快速发展,保障城市防洪安全,环太湖城市群(苏州、湖州、嘉兴、无锡、常州5座城市)均已建成城市防洪大包围,中心城区防洪标准达100年一遇或200年一遇。梳理环太湖城市群防洪工程建设情况,采用河网数学模型,分析城市群防洪大包围建设对周边区域防洪产生的影响,在此基础上初步提出了相关对策与思考,为城市及区域防洪治理提供参考。Taihu Basin has been highly urbanized and its economics well developed. To ensure flood prevention security for cities, in recent years urban flood control system has been built around Taihu Lake including Suzhou, Huzhou, ]iaxing, Wuxi and Changzhou, with flood protection standard of 100-years or 200-years in the central urban areas. In this paper, the construc- tions of flood control projects were summarized for five cities. Using river network mathematical model, the influences of ur- ban flood control system operation were analyzed. Based on the results, the countermeasures and discussions are proposed, which may provide references for local and urban flood management.
