成人肱骨远端骨折27例手术治疗的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨成人肱骨远端骨折手术治疗的临床疗效。方法 27例成人肱骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行手术治疗,根据骨折不同类型选取相应手术入路并进行固定、术后康复等,术后随访,观察手术效果。结果本组患者术后均获随访,随访6~28个月,平均随访14个月。根据Jupiter肘关节评分标准:优12例、良8例、可5例、差2例,优良率为74.07%。结论在肱骨远端骨折的手术治疗中根据骨折的类型合理选择手术入路等,可以取得较好的临床疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for distal humeral fractures in adults. Methods A total of 27 adult patients with distal humerus fractures were selected as study subjects, and they all underwent surgical treatment. According to the different types of fractures, appropriate surgical approaches were selected and fixed, and postoperative rehabilitation and so on were followed up after operation to observe the effect. Results All patients were followed up for 6~28 months, with average follow-up as 14 months. According to the standard of Jupiter elbow joint score： there were 12 excellent cases, 8 good cases, 5 moderate cases, and 2 poor cases, with excellent rate as 74.07%. Conclusion Appropriate surgical approaches shows good clinical efficacy during the treatment of distal humeral fractures.
