血清胱抑素C在不同血糖水平老年糖尿病患者的表达及早期肾损伤的预测价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清胱抑素C在不同血糖水平老年糖尿病患者中的表达情况与对早期肾损伤的预测价值。方法选取100例老年糖尿病患者作为研究组,按照患者的血糖指标情况分为A组(空腹血糖<7.0 mmol/L)和B组(空腹血糖≥7.0 mmol/L),各50例。另选同期的50例体检健康者作为参照组。所有研究对象均进行血清胱抑素C检查,比较血清胱抑素C指标情况。结果 A组与B组患者的血清胱抑素C水平分别为(0.68±0.20)、(1.64±0.46)mg/L高于参照组的(0.48±0.21)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中A组血清胱抑素C水平低于B组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=13.53,P<0.05)。结论血清胱抑素C在不同的血糖水平老年糖尿病患者的表达有明显差异,其对于预测早期肾损伤有重要的应用价值,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To analyze the expression of serum cystatin C and the predictive value of early renal injury in elderly diabetic patients with different blood glucose levels. Methods A total of 100 elderly diabetic patients as study subjects were divided by glycemic index into group A（fasting blood glucose 7.0 mmol/L） and group B（fasting blood glucose ≥7.0 mmol/L）, with 50 cases in each group. Concurrent 50 healthy people as control group. Serum cystatin C was examined in all the subjects and the serum cystatin C index was compared. Results Group A and group B had higher serum cystatin C respectively as（0.68±0.20） and（1.64± 0.46） mg/L than（0.48±0.21） mg/L in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Group A had lower serum cystatin C than group B, and the difference was statistically significant（t=13.53, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of serum cystatin C in the elderly patients with different blood glucose levels is significantly different, and it is of great value in predicting the early renal injury. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
