经皮肾超微通道组合式输尿管软镜顺行球囊扩张治疗输尿管狭窄临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮肾通道组合式输尿管软镜顺行直视下球囊扩张治疗输尿管狭窄的临床效果。方法24例因输尿管狭窄就诊于本院患者，均在全麻下行经皮肾穿刺建立超微通道，经超微通道置入导丝和球囊扩张导管，在组合式软镜直视下行狭窄段球囊扩张，扩张完毕后放置F7支架管。结果所有患者均成功实施输尿管软镜直视下狭窄段球囊扩张和支架管置入术，术后定期更换支架管，半年后拔出支架管，所有患者随访时间1年，无远期并发症及复发患者。结论经皮肾通道组合式输尿管软镜顺行球囊扩张治疗输尿管狭窄安全有效，对于输尿管硬镜逆行球囊扩张不成功患者为一种较好的替代方案。Objective To observe the clinical effect of flexible ureteroscope combined with ultramini nephrostomy tract antegrade balloon dilatation in the treatment of ureteral stricture. Methods A total of 24 patients with ureteral stricture in our hospital underwent flexible ureteroseope combined with ultramini nephrostomy tract under general anesthesia, and the guidewire and balloon dilatation catheters were used to expand urethral stricture, and F7 catheter was placed. Results All patients were successfully implemented flexible ureteroscope under direct vision narrow segment balloon dilata- tion and stent implantation, after the operation regular replacement of the stent, the stent was pulledout after six months. All patients were followed up for 1 year, and no long - term complications and re- currence occured. Conclusions Flexible ureteroscope combined with ultramini nephrostomy tract an- tegrade balloon dilatation is safe and effective method, especially for the patients under retrograde bal- loon dilation unsuccessful is a better alternative select.
