摘　　要：锌指蛋白A20又称肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白3 （TNFAIP3）,具有抑制核因子κB （NF-κB）炎症和抗凋亡作用,有泛素调节活性及7个特征性的Cys-Cys锌指结构。A20在哮喘、COPD、肺纤维化等呼吸系统疾病的发病机制及免疫调节中扮有重要作用,具备潜在临床应用价值。A20 （also known as TNF-α-inducing protein 3, TNFAIP3） is an important negative regulator of NF-κB-mediated inflammatory and antiapoptotie signaling protein. A20 was characterized by a ubiquitin-editing enzyme containing an amino-terminal deubiquitinating （DUB） activity as well as ZnF4 activityvia its ZnF7 domain. A20 play a critical role in the development and regulatory of respiratory diseases, including asthma, COPD and pulmonary fibrosis.
