摘  要:文209块属于多层砂岩油藏,目前已进入高含水后期,随着井网多次调整,井网加密和细分的范围逐步缩小,层间非均质性对开发效果的影响显得尤为突出,采用传统井网调整技术,提高水驱采收率的效果变差,在油藏开发动态上表现为调整井效果明显变差,含水很高,单井产油量下降,另外措施效果也逐年变差,导致油田递减加大。为充分挖掘剩余油潜力,打破原有的井网界限,根据层间开发特征进行注采井网的重新匹配,并对不同的层位采用不同的开发对策,提高油藏的产能与采收率,并获得明显经济效益。Wen209 reservoir belongs to multi-layer sandstone reservoirs, and has entered into the late stage of high water-cut at present. As the well network has been adjusted for many times, the scope of network encryption and subdivision is gradually shrinking, and the effect of interlayer inhomogeneity on the development effect is highlighted. The effect of improving the recovery rate by water flooding is poor, and the effect of improvement of the water flood rate is obviously deteriorated, the effect of the adjustment well is obviously deteriorated, the water content is very high, the oil production of individual well decreases, the effect of the other measures also decreases year by year. To tap remaining oil potential, the old pattern has been broken. According to the characteristics of the interlayer development, the injection-production well pattern has been re-matched, and different development countermeasures have been used for different oil bearing layers, the productivity and recovery of the reservoir have been improved, and obvious economic benefit has been obtained.
