摘 要:苏里格西部区块为典型的低孔、低渗储层,以往钻完井过程容易产生地层伤害,造成储层污染,给后期的生产开发带来了较大程度的影响。因此,钻完井过程的油气层保护成为了目前需要解决的重要问题。分析了研究区储层矿物学特征、储层物性特征以及润湿性和敏感性,并根据以往的资料,探讨了研究区储层伤害因素及其伤害程度。通过钻井液抑制性以及液相返排技术的研究,研制了储层保护钻井完井液配方,实际实验及应用表明,该配方能起到良好的保护储层的效果。The western block of Sulige is a typical low porosity and low permeability reservoir. In the past, drilling and completion process was prone to formation damage, resulting in reservoir pollution, which has a great impact on later production and development. Therefore, the oil and gas reservoir protection in the drilling and completion process has become an important problem to be solved at present. The mineralogical characteristics, reservoir physical properties, wettability and sensitivity of reservoirs in the study area were analyzed. Based on past data, reservoir damage factors and damage degree in the study area were discussed. Through the study of drilling fluid inhibition and liquid return technology, a reservoir protection drilling and completion fluid formulation was developed. The actual experiments and application showed that the formulation can play a good role in protecting reservoir.
