摘　　要：虢周科教授认为Meige综合征与情绪障碍密切相关。基于多年临床经验并结合中医理论,虢教授提出以三维诊断、辨证用药、心身共调、动态评估等为主要内容的临床状态医学方法,用于Meige综合征的治疗,疗效较好。列举运用劝慰开导法、中医语言疗法、音乐疗法配合口服中西医药物治愈的Meige综合征验案1则,以佐证其疗效。Professor GUO Zhouke has recognized that Meige syndrome is closely related to emotion disorder. Based on his long-term clinical experience and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） theory,Professor GUO has put forward clinical state medicine therapy with three-dimensional diagnosis,medication according to syndrome differentiation,taking care of physical and psychological health and dynamic assessment as its main content. The therapy has been applied to the treatment of Meige syndrome and has shown ideal effect. To substantiate the curative effect,this article enumerates a case of Meige syndrome cured by clinical state medicine therapy which consists of consolation and enlightenment method,TCM language method,music method and oral administration of Chinese and western medicine.
