摘　　要：基于石化企业环保管理业务现状和需求,从环保信息化实现角度提出从环保管理的组织机构、区域和节点3个层面构建环保工厂模型,保证企业环保管理信息建立在统一规范标准的模型上,并为企业环保信息的标准化和环保数据核算口径的一致性奠定基础,从而有效支撑企业环保管理和科学决策。Based on the status quo and demand of environmental protection management business of petrochemical enterprises,from the perspective of environmental protection informationization,we propose that three levels of organization structure,region and node of the environmental protection management to build an environmental protection factory model,and ensure that the enterprise＇ s environmental protection management information is based on a unified standard model. At the same time,it laid the foundation for the standardization of corporate environmental protection information and the consistency of environmental protection data accounting standards,thereby effectively supporting corporate environmental protection management and scientific decision-making.
