Effect of modified surgical technique without damaging muscles of elbow extension on the treatment of distal humerus fracture

摘　　要：目的探讨采用保留伸肘装置手术入路治疗肱骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选择采用保留伸肘装置手术入路治疗成人肱骨远端骨折患者36例，收集所有患者手术后并发症及术后功能恢复情况，总结保留伸肘装置手术入路治疗成人肱骨远端骨折的临床疗效。结果随访6～12个月，平均9．5个月，所有患者均顺利愈合，未次随访时应用Mayo肘关节功能评分系统评分优22例，良10例，中4例，差0例，优良率为88．9％。结论经保留伸肘装置入路可安全有效地用于治疗肱骨远端骨折，有利于肱三头肌肌力恢复和肘关节早期功能锻炼。Objective To investigate the surgical treatment outcomes of distal humerus fracture with modified surgical technique without damaging muscles of elbow extension. Methods Thirty-six pa- tients with distal humerus fracture treated by modified surgical technique without damaging muscles of elbow extension were selected, and situations of postoperative complication and recovery of all patients were collected to conclude the therapeutic effect of modified surgical technique without damaging muscles of elbow extension on treatment of distal humerus fracture. Results Patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months, with an average of 9.5 months, and all fractures were healed. According Mayo elbow function scoring system at the last follow-up, there were 22 cases of excellent grade, 10 cases of good grade and 4 cases of intermediate grade. The rate of excellent and good grode was 88.9%. Conclusions Modified surgical technique without damaging muscles of elbow extension is an effective and safe method for the treatment of distal humerus fracture, which contributes to the recovery of triceps muscle recovery and elbow joint function exercise in early stage.
