摘  要:从数量、薪酬水平、工作时间等多方面描述了美国、澳大利亚、中国的煤炭行业从业人员现状,得出了国内外煤炭行业从业人员的特点与启示;分析了国内外煤炭行业人才培养现状,得出了我国煤炭行业人才建设的基本方向和内容,对我国煤炭人才教育强国战略提供了借鉴和指导。A talent team structure and training of the coal industry would be a critical important to the coal talent powerful nation. From the numbers,salary level,working hours and other aspects,the paper explained the employee status between the coal industry in USA and Australia and China. The features and enlightenment of the coal industrial employees at home and abroad were obtained. The paper analyzed the talent training status of the coal industry at home and abroad. The basic orientation and contents of the talent construction of the coal industry in China were obtained and could provide the references and guidance to the talent education powerful strategy of the coal industry in China.
