经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果。方法:择取2000年7月至2015年7月期间井研县人民医院接诊的70例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象。根据手术方式的不同将这些患者分成试验组(60例)和对照组(10例)。为对照组患者采用传统的开放手术进行治疗,为试验组患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的各项手术指标。结果:1)试验组患者术后接受膀胱冲洗的时间[3.4±1.7)d]、术后留置导尿管的时间[(4.2±1.2)d]和住院的时间[(6.2±1.2)d]均短于对照组患者术后接受膀胱冲洗的时间[7.2±1.6)d]、术后留置导尿管的时间[(7.8±2.3)d]和住院的时间[(12.6±3.4)d],其术中的出血量[(51.4±18.7)ml]少于对照组患者术中的出血量[(79.4±17.6)ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)试验组患者术后并发症的发生率(6.7%)低于对照组患者术后并发症的发生率(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果显著。Objective：To study effect of transurethral resection prostate for benign prostate hyperplasia.Methods：Select 70 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia treat in The People＇s Hospital of Jingyan County during July 2000 to July 2015 for research object.According different surgery divide the patients to experimental group（60 cases） and control group（10 cases）.Treat control group with open group,treat experimental group with transurethral resection prostate.Then compare operation indicators of 2 groups.Results：1） The time of bladder irrigation[3.4±1.7）d],indwelling catheter[（4.2±1.2）d]and length of stay[（6.2±1.2）d]of experimental group are retrospectively shorter than that in control group [7.2±1.6）d],[（7.8±2.3）d]and [（12.6±3.4）d].The bleeding volume in surgery process of experimental group[（51.4±18.7）ml]is less than that in control group [（79.4±17.6）ml]（P〈0.05）.2）The incidence complication of experimental group（6.7%）is lower than in control group（20.0%）.Conclusion：The effect of transurethral resection prostate for benign prostate hyperplasia is significant.
