摘　　要：中国国产影视动画自20世纪20年代开始,至今创作了许多经典的少数民族题材的作品。近日,《国家"十三五"时期文化发展改革规划纲要》针对少数民族文化的传承与保护提出了更为详细的规划路线,少数民族题材的动画创作被越来越多的动画设计者重视。少数民族文化是中华传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含着丰富的民族情感和艺术表现手法,是现代影视动画创作可以充分借鉴的素材,通过高校教育传承与保护少数民族文化,改革艺术设计教学,提升国产影视动画内涵,培养具有创新思维和传统文化内涵的现代影视动画制作人才。China domestic film and television animation since 1920s,has created many classic works of ethnic minorities;recently,＂national＂13th Five-Year＂period of cultural reform and development plan＂for the inheritance and protection of minority culture makes more detailed planning route,minority theme animation more and more animation designers pay attention to.Minority culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture,contains rich national emotion and artistic expression,is a modern film and television animation creation can make full use of the material,higher education through the inheritance and protection of minority culture,art design teaching reform,enhance the domestic film and television animation content,the cultivation of innovative thinking and traditional cultural connotation the modern television animation talent.
