摘 要:本实验利用放射免疫分析方法观察了侧脑室注入心钠素(ANF)对清醒大鼠高渗NaCl诱发的精氨酸加压素(AVP)释放的影响。结果表明,侧脑室注入高渗NaCl有明显刺激AVP释放的作用,ANP的预处理对高渗NaCl诱发的AVP释放则具有明显的抑制作用。ANF对AVP的基础释放无明显影响。这提示ANF在脑内可能作为一种神经递质或神经调制物影响渗透性AVP释放。The effects of atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) on basal and hypertonic saline-induced vasopressin (AVP) release were studied in conscious rats. After intracerebroventricular (ICV) injection of hypertonic saline (1.5 mol/L NaCl, 10μ1), plasma AVP level increased by 121.3% and AVP concentration in the pituitary and the hypothalamus decreased by 46.1% and 57.8% respectively. Pretreatment with ICV ANF (atriopeptin Ⅲ 3μg) significantly inhibited hypertonic saline-induced increase in plasma AVP level (p<0.05) and decrease in AVP concentration in the pituitary (p<0.05) and the hypothalamus (p<0.01). Atriopeptin Ⅲ, however, had no effect on basal AVP release.The results suggest that ANF in the brain, perhaps as a central neurotransmitter or neuromodulator, inhibits osmotic release of AVP.
