摘  要:目的探讨白细胞介素17A(IL-17A)对心房神经节丛(GP)功能及心房颤动(房颤)诱导性的影响。方法12只成年杂种犬麻醉后,使用随机数字表将其平均分为2组:实验组(n=6),0.1ml IL-17A(25μg/ml)微量注射至心脏右前GP(ARGP);对照组(n=6),等量0.9%氯化钠溶液微量注射至ARGP。电压递增式高频电刺激作用于ARGP可引起心率减慢。以刺激电压为横坐标,心率降低最大百分比为纵坐标绘制心率.电压反应曲线,反映ARGP功能。分别在基础状态、干预后30min测定ARGP的功能、心房及肺静脉位点的有效不应期(ERP)及房颤诱发窗口(WOV)。结果与基础状态比较,实验组干预30min后ARGP功能显著增强[以刺激电压35V为例:(64.3±5.2)%对(40.1±3.7)%,P〈0.05];各部位ERP显著缩短[以右下肺静脉为例:(98.3±8.7)ms对(76.5±7.3)his,P〈0.05];房颤WOV显著延长[以右下肺静脉为例:(11.7±4.7)ms对(32.2±3.7)ms,P〈0.05].而对照组干预30rain后与基础状态比较,各项电生理指标无明显变化(P〉0.05)。结论IL-17A可以显著增强ARGP的功能及房颤诱导性。Objective To investigate the effects of interleukin-17A ( IL-17A ) on the function of atrial ganglinated plexi ( GP ) and atrial fibrillation ( AF ) inducibility. Methods Twelve mongrel dogs were anesthetized and randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group ( n=6 ), 0.1 ml IL-17A ( 25 μg/ml )was microinjected into anterior right GP ( ARGP ). In the control group ( n=6 ), equivalent 0.9% saline was microinjected into ARGP. The voltage response curves which represented the function status of ARGP were made in which the abscissa denoted the stimulating voltages and the ordinate denoted the maximal HR changes. ARGP function, the effective refractory period ( ERP ) at each site, and window of xaflnerability ( WOV ) of AF were determined at baseline and 30 minutes after IL-17A or saline micminjection. Results Thirty minutes after the microinjection of IL-17A into ARGP induced a significant enhancement of ARGP function [ an example for 35 V stimulating voltage: ( 64.3 ± 5.2 ) % vs. ( 40.1 ± 3.7 ) %, P〈0.05 ] decrease of ERP [ an example for right interior pulmonary vein: ( 98.3 ± 8.7 ) ms vs. ( 76.5± 7.3 ) ms, P〈0.05 ] and prolongation of WOV [ an example for right interior pulmonary vein: ( 11.7 ± 4.7 ) ms vs. ( 32.2±3.7 ) ms, P〈0.05 ]. Conclusion IL-17A may enhance the ARGP function and inducibility of AF.
