摘　　要：从施工企业质量管理的角度出发,构建施工企业质量管理实践的七个关键维度,利用结构方程模型研究质量管理实践对项目质量绩效的影响。结果表明,项目质量绩效会受到来自施工企业质量管理实践各维度直接或间接的影响,质量管理实践各维度之间也具有较强的相互作用。From the perspective of quality management of construction enterprises, this paper constructs seven key dimensions of quality management practices, and studies the performance of quality management practices on project quality by structural equation model. The results show that project quality performance is directly or indirectly affected by the dimensions of construction companies＇ quality management practices, and each quality management practice also produces a stronger effect.
