摘　　要：分析建筑企业服务化转型的条件基础与趋势,阐述建筑企业全生命周期的服务化模式及其竞争优势,提出建筑企业服务化转型的障碍及对策,并进一步介绍建筑企业服务化商业模式发展的未来趋势,以期为建筑企业的转型发展提供参考。This paper analyzes the condition basis and trends of construction enterprise servitization transformation, expounds the servitization mode and competitive advantage of construction enterprise in full life- cycle, proposes the obstacles and countermeasures of construction enterprise servitization transformation, and further introduces the future trends of the development of construction enterprise servitization business model, in order to provide reference for the construction enterprise transformation and development.
