摘　　要：延安文艺制度是以毛泽东的《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》为指导思想建立起来的,新中国成立后,延安文艺制度被沿用下来,这就从根本上保证了共和国文学沿着工农兵方向前进。文艺政策的制定和组织管理措施的加强,保障了新中国文艺工作的正常运行。而文学批评与评价体系的建立,不仅成为沟通作者与读者的桥梁,而且促进了文艺理论和文艺实践的协同发展。The system and experience of Yan＇an literature and art established by Mao Tse-tung＇s ＂Speech＂ are directly used to guide the system construction of Chinese contemporary literature and art, laying a solid foundation for the formation of contemporary literature system. The continued use of the Yan＇an literary system after the founding of New China has fundamentally guaranteed that the new China＇s literature will still follow the path of combining with the workers, peasants and soldiers. In order to ensure the normal operation and development of literary and art work, formulate policies on literature and art and strengthen organization and management measures, the top-down leadership and management of literary and art work at the national level have been established; and the literary criticism and appraisal system have built a bridge between author and reader, Promote the synergistic development of literary theory and literary practice.
