摘　　要：目的:总结临床经验,为临床治疗慢性盆腔炎提供新思路。方法:选取2016年7月～2017年7月在山东中医药大学第一附属医院妇科门诊慢性盆腔炎患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。对照组口服疏肝活血汤,试验组采用"活血解痉"推拿法配合疏肝活血汤治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"活血解痉"推拿法配合疏肝活血汤治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著。Objective： To summarize the clinical experience and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods： From July 2016 to July 2017, 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in gynecological outpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group（n = 30） and control group（n = 30）. The control group was treated with Shugan Huoxue Decoction, and the experimental group was treated with the method of promoting blood circulation and relieving spasm, and the decoction of soothing the liver and activating blood circulation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results： the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Huoxue massage combined with Shugan Huoxue decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
