摘 要:对于铸钢、无相变的高合金铁素体或奥氏体钢,通过细化凝固组织改善综合性能异常重要。铸态轻合金的晶粒细化受溶质作用影响明显,但对于铁基合金来说,细化剂的溶质作用还有待深入研究。针对溶质为几种典型稀有金属的铁基二元合金,采用在铸态轻合金中成功应用的描述溶质作用的生长抑制因子理论模型,利用Fact Sage软件系统的Phase Diagram模块计算Fe-X系二元合金相图,进而计算不同溶质元素的Q值,探讨Fe基二元合金中几种典型稀有金属溶质原子对凝固组织细化的作用。结果表明,溶质为Ti,Zr,V,Nb,La,Ce的Fe-X二元合金系中,Q值由大到小的顺序依次为:Ti,Zr,Ce,La,Nb,V,理论上意味着在凝固组织细化中溶质作用由强到弱也呈这一顺序。研究结果能够为深入搞清通过变质剂细化钢的凝固组织的作用机制提供新的思路和一定的理论依据。It is very important to refine the solidification microstructure to improve the combination properties for the cast steel and the high-alloy ferrite or austenitic steels without phase transformation.The grain refinement of the as-cast light alloys is obviously affected by the solute action,but for iron-based binary alloys,the solute action of refiner remains to be studied.For the iron-based binary alloys in which the solutes were several typical rare metals,the growth restriction factor model which was successfully applied in as-cast light alloys to describe the solute action was adopted to investigate the effect of the typical rare-metal solute atoms on the solidification microstructure.The phase diagram module of the Fact Sage software system was used to calculate the phase diagrams of the Fe-X binary alloys in order to obtain Q values of different solute elements.The results showed that in the Fe-X binary alloy systems with solutes of Ti,Zr,V,Nb,La and Ce,the descending order of the Q values was Ti,Zr,Ce,La,Nb and V.Theoretically,it meant that the solute effect on the solidification refinement of the iron-based binary alloys gradually decreased also in this order.The researches could provide a new idea and a theoretical basis to clarify the action mechanism of refiners in grain refinement of steels.
