区域文化软实力研究缺少图书馆人的影子——以广州十三行的文化资源整理研究为例

摘　　要：区域地方文化软实力的构建及宣传,离不开地方文化资源的搜集、整理与研究,但是,图书馆并不是唯一的文化服务机构。文章以广州十三行文献整理研究为例,说明区域文化软实力研究缺乏图书馆人影子的原因,并提出改进措施。The construction and propaganda of the soft power of regional local culture cannot be separated from the collection,collation and research of local cultural resources. The library, no longer the exclusive cultural service organization. Taking the cultural resources arrangement of thirteen-hong in Canton as an example, it proves the absence of librarian in the research on regional cultural soft power and puts forward some countermeasures.
