摘　　要：《晏子春秋》是记录春秋时代齐国晏婴言行和思想的一部典籍。从西汉开始,除了对其思想和文学性进行研究外,一些学者也将关注焦点转移到对其真伪的考辨上来。文章以古籍辨伪理论为基础,从《晏子春秋》的文本内容、体现的作者思想、与其他古籍的关系和佚文四个方面,介绍了历代学者对《晏子春秋》一书的考辨情况,以期理清学者对《晏子春秋》辨伪过程的来龙去脉。Yanzi Chunqiu is a book that kept a record of words and deeds of Yan Ying, a man from Qi in Chunqiu Period. Since Former Han Dynasty, apart from study of ideology and literariness of the book, some scholars had been focused on the discrimination of the book. In this text, based on discrimination theory of ancient books, the author presents discrimination research situations of the book from four aspects： the content of Yanzi Chunqiu, the ideology of the author, relationship with other ancient books, and missing passages and words of Yanzi Chunqiu. Based on above analysis, the article aims to sort out the cause and effect of the discrimination methods of Yanzi Chunqiu.
