摘  要:酒钢0-15mm的镜铁山粉矿采用磨矿-强磁选工艺处理,仅能获得铁矿石品位47.5%左右、铁回收率为60%左右的铁精矿,为了提高粉矿分选指标,对全粒级粉矿以小型电热回转窑进行了磁化焙烧-磁选试验研究探索。结果表明,全粒级粉矿采用分级分阶段入窑方式,煤粉与焙烧粉矿质量2.8%,煤粒5~10mm,焙烧温度820℃,总焙烧时间30min,磨矿细度-300目92%,磁选场强0.25T条件下,可获得铁品位59.47%,铁回收率87%以上的铁精矿。Using the grinding magnetic separation process to process the 0 -15 mm powder ore of JISCO Jingtieshan mine, the iron ore grade and the iron recovery of the iron concentrate are only about 47.5% and 60% respectively. In order to improve the powder ore separation index,the magnetization roasting-magnetic separation test on powder ore of the whole grain grade are carried out to explore new process. The results show that in the condition of 2.8% pulverized coal and calcined powder ore, 5 -10 mm coal grain, 820℃ roasting temperature, 30 min roasting time,92%-300 mesh grinding fineness and 2500 Oe magnetic field strength, the iron concentrate of above 59.47% iron grade and above 87% iron recovery can be obtained.
