从进境美国苜蓿草中检出4种漆斑菌

摘　　要：本文作者从广东口岸进境的美国苜蓿(Medicago sativa)干草中检出露湿漆斑菌(Myrothecium roridum)、疣孢漆斑菌(Myrothecium verrucaria)、查氏漆斑菌(Myrothecium lachastrae)、禾谷漆斑菌(Myrothecium gramineum)。在我国,至今尚未有上述4种漆斑菌在苜蓿草的发生危害的记录。本文对上述4种漆斑菌的培养性状和形态特征进行描述,以期为口岸对进境苜蓿草漆斑菌的检疫鉴定提供参考。Four species of Myrothecium including M. roridum,M. verrucaria,M. lachastrae and M.gramineum in alfalfa hay imported from America were identified at Guangdong port. To this day,there is no record of occurrence and harm of the four species of Myrothecium mentioned above in alfalfa in China. The culture and morphological characteristics of the four species of Myrothecium were described in this paper in order to provide a reference for the quarantine and inspection of imported alfalfa in the port.
