摘　　要：本文对2014—2016年上海口岸进境海运分运私人行李中植物有害生物截获情况进行了统计分析。分析表明:尽管分运行李数量下降,但行李中有害生物疫情截获种类及种次持续上升,本文针对进境海运分运行李这类入境携带物夹带的疫情,在入境检疫监管方面提出应对策略。In this paper,we analyzed plant pests intercepted from international transport baggage into Shanghai port by sea during 2014-2016. This analysis shows that although the shipment baggage amount reduced,the diversity and quantity of pests and weed seeds intercepted in baggage continued to rise. This paper aims to put forward the coping strategies in terms of entry quarantine inspection regulation on the plant pests entrainment in international transport baggage.
