摘 要:目的:运用项目反应理论评价SF-36量表测定大学生生命质量的适用性。方法:采用等级反应模型分析条目的区分度、难度等级和信息量,绘制项目特征曲线。结果:区分度为0.38-2.98,平均值为1.71,难度等级单调递增(-4.47-3.06),具有合理的取值范围。结论:SF-36用于测量大学生生命质量区分度均较好、选项设置合理、难度合适。Objective:The Item Response Theory (IRT) was used to evaluate the applicability of the SF-36 scale in the measurement of college students' quality of life. Methods: The project response theory Samejima level response model was used to analyze the item' s degree of differentiation, difficulty level parameters and information amount, and draw the project characteristic curve. Results: The discriminatory power was 0.38 to 2.98 and the average was 1.71 .The difficulty level parameters (degrees) were strictly monotonously increasing (-4.47 to 3.06), and had a reasonable range of values. Conclusion:Each item of SF-36 is used to measure the difference in the quality of life of college students, the options are reasonable, and the difficulty is appropriate.
