摘　　要：纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)对肺部疾病的诊断和治疗起到重大推动作用,已成为呼吸内科临床、教学及科研工作的重要组成部分。通过个体化指导与系统性教学,由培训老师就受训医生纤支镜技能水平进行评价,受训医生操作技能显著提高。采用个体化系统教学法可以有效提高呼吸科住院医师纤支镜操作水平。Bronchoscopy plays a significant role in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases and has become an important part of the clinical, teaching and research work of respiratory medicine. Through individualized instruction and systemic teaching, the training skills of trained doctors are significantly improved. The use of individualized pedagogy can effectively improve the level of bronchoscopy for respiratory fellows.
