网络空间舆论生态系统的发生三要素与逻辑生成

摘　　要：网络空间是社会舆论运作的新场域,维护网络秩序、修复网络生态是舆论生态系统建设的题中之意。在网络空间,意识形态构建的媒介转向、舆论环境的"复杂性"、舆论主体理性与非理性的交织对舆论生态系统的发生具有无形而巨大的影响。网络空间舆论生态系统遵循内在的理论、运作、时代逻辑形成,并展示出独特的个性。建设风清气正的网络空间,优化舆论生态系统,应培育崇德向善的网络文化,提高舆论大数据监测能力,创建完善的舆论调控体系。The network space has become a new field of social public opinion, and to maintain network order and repair network ecology is the meaning of the construction of public opinion ecosystem. In network space, the generation of public opinion ecosystem is intangibly and enormously affected by the medium turn of ideological construction, the complexity of public opinion environment, as well as the rationality and non - rationality inter- action of the public opinion subject. The public opinion ecosystem of network space follows the inherent logic of theory, operation and times, displaying its unique character. To construct the harmonious network space and op- timize the public opinion ecosystem involves cultivating the network culture that advocates morality and pursues goodness, improving the ability that monitors big data-driven public opinion, and creating a perfect system that regulates public opinion.
