摘　　要：话语权是公民发表意见、提出建议的基本权利。大学生是参与网络活动的主要群体。以奕报告(Yibaogao)为例对大学生网络话语权的现状进行深入分析。提高大学生的网络素养,设立大学生参与管理的制度,提高大学生参与管理的质量,以提升大学生的网络话语权,提高高校民主管理的水平。The right of speech is the basic right of citizens to express their opinions and suggestions. College student is a major group participate in network activities. This paper explores to make a deep analysis on the situation of college students＇ right of discourse in network,and give suggestions to establish network discourse right further. The suggestions contains improving college students＇ network literacy,setting up a system for college students to participate in management,improving the quality of college students＇ participation in management,which could help improve the college students＇ right of discourse in network,promote the level of democratic management in Colleges.
