摘  要:根据目前铝电解电容器盖板铆接机存在自动化程度低、劳动强度大、生产工序不连贯等不足,设计了铝电解电容器盖板铆接机控制系统。该系统以三菱FGA系列PLC为核心,结合步进电机、气缸、磁性接近传感器和位置传感器等元件的检测定位,实现芯包移动、盖板铆接、自动脱模、芯包翻转等工序的自动连续运行:采用触摸屏作为上位机,实现参数设定和系统运行状态监测。现场调试运行表明:该系统运行可靠平稳、操作简单、劳动强度低。能够满足生产线高效率、高质量的自动化加工要求。According to the existing problems of cover plate riveting machines for aluminum electrolytic capacitor such as low automation degree, great labor intensity, incoherent production process and so on, the control system for the cover plate riveting machine of aluminum electrolytic capacitor is designed. The system takes the Mitsubishi FGA series PLC as the core, combined with the stepper motor, cylinder, the detection and positioning of the magnetic proximity sensor and position sensor, to achieve core package moving, cover plate riveting, automatic stripping, core package flipping and other processes of automatic continuous running. The touch screen is used as the upper computer to realize the parameter setting and system-running state monitoring. On-site test and operation shows that the system runs reliably and stably, has advantages of simple operation, low labor intensity, and can satisfy the requirement of the production line of high efficiency and quality automation processing.
