摘 要:根据某厂污水处理工艺和水站特点,提出了一种融合多种总线技术的污水处理过程信息监控系统方案。通过Modbus协议完成对各工艺单元流量信息的采集,并基于USS通讯协议调频技术完成恒定流量的闭环控制:利用Profibus-DP转光纤技术实现主站和从站之间的远距离通信连接:最终,通过LabVIEW软件开发平台的Web服务器将应用程序发布到互联网,实现了远程的实时在线控制。应用表明,系统能稳定可靠地实现污水处理过程中各工艺单元信息的采集与实时监控,减少人力投入的同时提高了处理效率和水质的稳定性。A water treatment monitoring system based on multiple bus technology is proposed for an industrial water treatment plant. The Modbus protocol is applied to the complete information collection of flow rate for each unit. Then, the closed loop control for the constant flow is realized based on the USS protocol communication frequency modulation technology. The connection between the master station and the slave station is to use the transform technology from Profibus-DP to optical fiber. Finally, the LabVIEW software based application program is published to the Internet to realize the remote real-time online control. The application shows the system can realize the information collection and monitoring of the process units, reduce the human input, and improve the processing efficiency and the stability of the water quality.
