摘 要:由于高精度、高性能钢的控制标准越来越高,传统终轧温度控制模型已不能满足现场的控制精度要求。结合国内某2250mm热连轧精轧机组,提出了基于二次规划优化算法的终轧温度控制模型。利用二次规划优化算法在线优化各控制点的轧制速度、加速度调节量或机架间冷却水水量调节量,以提高带钢终轧温度控制精度。将该模型在线应用后,带钢终轧温度控制偏差在±15℃以内,命中率为96.83%。结果表明,该控制模型能够实现带钢终轧温度精确控制,保证带钢全长温度的均匀性,满足成品质量要求。Due to higher and higher control standards of high-precision, high-performance steels, the traditional finishing temperature control model cannot meet the control accuracy requirements of the field. Combined with domestic 2 250 mm hot strip mills, the finishing temperature control model is proposed based on the quadratic programming optimization algorithm, the quadratic programming optimization method is used to on-line optimize the adjustment amount of rolling speed, acceleration or the adjustment amount of inter stand cooling water flows, in order to improve the strip finishing temperature control accuracy. After on-line application of the model, the hit rate of the strip finishing temperature is 96.83 % when the control deviation of strip finishing temperature is within ± 15℃. The results show that the control model can realize accurate control of strip finishing temperature, ensure uniformity of the strip temperature on the strip length direction and satisfy the requirement of product quality.
