摘　　要：何之元浮沉宦海达60余年。仕途坎坷,人生跌宕,决定了何之元政治和社会批判的深度,影响了他的史学撰述。《梁典》是何之元的主要史学成就,其体例采用编年,题目和断限均见别识心裁,属两晋南朝编年体殿军之作。何之元力求通过增加叙事完整性,将阶段性意识融入时间序列,以完善编年体的历史编纂。何之元史志高远,重裁断,其史论以历史比较和辩证认识为方法论基础,达到一定的高度,具有朴素的民本思想。He Zhiyuan’s official career had lasted for over sixty years.The vicissitudes of his life influenced his critiquing political and social matters and his historical writing.As the major achievement of his historical study,LIANGDIAN is one of last chronicles in the Northern and Southern Dynasties.Its title,periodic demarcation and annalistic style represented Hes talent.He Zhiyuan paid attention to the integrity of narrative,and his writing reflected his understanding of periodization in history.He Zhiyuan drew the conclusion by comparative historical and dialectical studies.He devoted much attention to making judgement on history and had simple people-oriented thoughts.
