法治视域下贵州苗族村寨规则意识变迁探析

摘　　要：法治中国梦是中华56个民族的共同梦想,贵州苗族村寨法治建设的进度,直接关系到法治中国梦实现的时间表。然而法治建设所需的土壤和条件十分复杂,其中良好的规则意识具有基础性的支撑作用。为了全面推进贵州苗族村寨法治建设,从中国传统法律文化和苗族习惯法入手,探讨影响贵州苗族村寨规则意识孕育与成长的主要因素,梳理当下培育规则意识所面临的优势和困境,尝试性地提出在贵州苗族村寨实现规则意识变迁的基本路径和关键措施。The rule of law in China dream is the common dream of the fifty-six ethnic groups of china,Guizhou Miao village law construction progress,directly related to the realization of the rule of law in China＇s schedule. However, the construction of the rule of law in the soil and conditions are very complex,one of the good rules of consciousness has a basic supporting role.In order to comprehensively promote Guizhou Miao village construction of rule of law, from the perspective of the Chinese traditional legal culture and Miao customary law,to investigate the influence of Guizhou Miao village rules which is that the main factors to the growth of the consciousness sort out the advantages and difficulties of cultivating the consciousness of the rules at the moment,try to put forward the basic path and key measures to implementation rules consciousness change of the Miao village in Guizhou.
