补中益气汤治疗气虚发热型肿瘤性热的临床疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的探究补中益气汤对于治疗气虚发热型肿瘤性发热的，临床疗效评价，为气虚发热型肿瘤性发热患者提供更多的治疗方案。方法选取2017年1月至6月就诊的患者共60例，随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采取非甾体抗炎药或激素、物理降温等常规治疗方案，观察组在对照组的基础上让患者服用补中益气汤，记录两组患者体温变化情况、KPS评分以及中医症候疗效评价，观察补中益气汤对于气虚发热型肿瘤性发热患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组与观察组的治疗有效率分别为93．3％和100％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前两组患者KPS评分和体温情况差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），治疗后对照组患者KPS分值和体温与观察组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗前后中医症候疗效评分无显著改变，而观察组患者服用益中补气汤后中医症候疗效评分明显降低，且差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论气虚发热型肿瘤性发热患者服用补中益气汤后可以显著降低体温，减轻发热情况，并且控制体温恒定，避免反复发热，提高患者生存质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of febrile fever, and to provide more treatment for patients with tumor and fever. Methods A total of 60 patients from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or hormones, physical cooling and other conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group for patients taking Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, two groups of patients with body temperature changes, KPS score and TCM syndrome curative effect, observation of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction for clinical treatment of patients with Qi deficiency fever type tumor fever were evaluated. Results The effective rates of treatment in the control group and the observation group were 93.3% and 100% respectively, and the difference was statistcaUy significant （ P〈0.05 ） . No statistical significance in KPS score and body temperature of two groups before treatment （P〉0.05） , , the difference of KPS score and body temperature after treatment between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The curative effect of TCM syndrome score in the control group before and after treatment did not change significantly, while the score of the patients in the observation group decreased significantly, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can significantly reduce the body temperature, reduce the fever, control the temperature constant, avoid repeated fever, and improve the quality of life of patients with fever.
