摘 要:目的观察骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折术后应用骨疏康颗粒的临床疗效。方法选择2015年6月至2016年12月诊断为老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者共80例,采用完全随机方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者行内固定手术治疗,术后行骨质疏松基础治疗。观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用骨疏康颗粒治疗。观察两组患者疼痛缓解的时间、下地行走的时间、骨折愈合时间、骨代谢生化、骨密度以及髋关节功能Harris评分。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者的疼痛缓解时间、下床行走的时间以及骨折愈合时间明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与术前比较,对照组术后6个月血钙、血磷、血清磷酸酶、骨密度无明显变化(P〉0.05),观察组术后6个月血钙、血磷、血清磷酸酶、骨密度均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者术后6个月髋关节功能优良率明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折术后应用骨疏康颗粒不仅可以改善骨质疏松缓解临床症状.还可促进髋关节功能的恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gushukang granules after the operation of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures diagnosed in our hospital were selected from June 2015 to December 2016. Enrolled patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the complete random method, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with internal fixation and conventional anti-osteoporosis treatment after operation. The patients in the observation group were treated with Gushukang granules on the basis of the control group. Furthermore, the pain relief time, the time to walking, fracture healing time, biochemical markers of bone metabolism, bone mineral density and Harris score for the hip joint function were observed between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the pain relief time, the time to walking and fracture healing time were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Compared with preoperative values, there was no significant change in blood calcium, blood phosphorus, serum phosphatase and bone mineral density in the control group 6 months after operation ( P〉0.05 ) . However, the blood calcium, blood phosphorus, serum phosphatase and bone density in the observation group improved significandy 6 months after operation, with statistical difference ( P〈0.05 ) . In addition, the excellent rate of hip joint function in the observation group was significandy improved 6 months after operation, and the difference was statistically significant when compared with the control group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The application of Gushukang granules after the operation of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture can improve the clinical symptoms of osteoporosis, and promote the recovery of the function of the hip joint.
