基于居民感知的旅游城镇化研究--以国际慢城雁洋为例

摘　　要：居民是旅游城镇化发展过程中重要利益的相关者,从居民的视角了解旅游城镇化发展对雁洋的影响,有利于更好的推进雁洋旅游城镇化的发展.通过梳理国内外对旅游城镇化和旅游地居民感知的研究,以旅游城镇化为调查研究对象,选取社会经济、社会文化生活和社会环境三个指标构建雁洋镇旅游城镇化居民感知的影响指标体系,并运用因子分析法和单因素方差分析法对其进行了综合研究.研究结果表明:雁洋镇居民对旅游城镇化的总体发展持中立态度,同时居民对旅游城镇化正面影响的感知较为强烈,存在"社会文化生活正面影响"、"社会经济正面影响"、"社会环境负面影响"、"社会经济负面影响"、"社会文化生活负面影响"和"社会环境正面影响"六个影响居民旅游城镇化感知的显著公因子,同时不同收入、不同职业、不同居住时间以及不同户口所在地的居民群体间对旅游城镇化的感知有所差异.Residents are related important interests of the development of tourism in the town. Understanding the effect of tourism urbanization of Yanyang from the perspective of the residents, is conducive to better promote the development of Yanyang tourism urbanization.Through analyzing the domestic and foreign urban residents＇ perceptions on tourism and tourism research, with tourism urbanization as the research object, the index system of three indexes were selected to construct the perception of residents of Yanyang Town Tourism Town, including social economy, social and cultural life and social environment. The methods of factor analysis and single factor variance analysis are used to conduct a comprehensive study on it. The results show that： Yanyang town residents on the tourism urbanization of the overall development of neutral; while residents of a positive impact on the perception of tourist towns is relatively strong; there are six significant factors influencing residents perception of tourism urbanization are： ＂positive impact of social and cultural life＂, ＂positive impact of social economy＂, ＂negative influence of social environment＂, ＂negative influence of social economy＂, ＂negative influence of social and cultural life＂ and ＂positive influence of social environment＂, and different income, different occupations, different residence time and the residents of different places of residence of the residents of the perception of tourism urbanization is different.
