摘 要:通过分析煤矿车辆液力传动系统工作中的能量损失产热和强制水冷式散热过程,提出一种适用于煤矿车辆的液力传动系统热平衡分析与计算方法,以液力变矩器全工况范围内泵轮转矩和转速为目标,找到防爆发动机与液力变矩器的共同工作点是整个分析计算的关键,并运用MATLAB软件计算出整个共同工作范围内液力变矩器泵轮的转矩和转速,得出全工况下系统发热量,然后根据建立的热平衡方程,计算出冷却系统需要的散热量和油冷器的散热面积。以某WCJ5E防爆胶轮车为研究对象进行了实例计算,验证了该热平衡分析计算方法在煤矿车辆上的正确性与适用性。Through the analysis of energy loss heat production in hydraulic transmission system and forced water cooling heat transfer process in coal mine vehicle, a heat balance analysis and calculation method of hydraulic transmission system suitable for coal mine vehicles was proposed. The torque and speed of the pump wheel in the full range of torque converter were taken as the target, finding the common working point of explosion proof engine and hydraulic torque converter was the key to the whole analysis and calculation. The torque and rotational speed of the torque converter pump wheel in the whole working range were calculated by using software MATLAB, the calorific value of the system under the whole working condition was obtained, then according to the established heat balance equation, the cooling capacity of the cooling system and the cooling area of the oil cooler were calculated. Taking a WCJSE explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle as the research object, an example has been calculated to verify the correctness and applicability of heat balance analysis calculation method in the coal mine vehicle.
