摘  要:行星减速机在煤矿机械中使用广泛。在多级减速传动中,合理地分配减速比是设计的关键,其中传动级数越多,传动比分配计算越复杂。针对煤矿用三级减速机,利用KISSsoft分析软件对其进行传动比分配,既避免了复杂的计算,又能提高设计效率。Planetary reducer has been widely used in coal mine machinery. It is the key to design the reasonable deceleration ratio in the multistage deceleration transmission, the calculation of transmission ratio distribution would be more complex if the number of transmission stage is larger. According to the three-stage reducer used in coal mine, the transmission ratio distribution was carried out by using analysis software KISSsoft, which not only avoided complicated calculation, but also improved design efficiency.
