摘 要:国内传统的立井敷设扁尾绳工程中都采用旁井下放罐笼提升敷设,每次只敷设一条尾绳。为加快千米立井提升设备安装工程的进度,敷设扁尾绳的工艺通过采用可变配重,三条尾绳一次性全部敷设完毕,既可提高井筒作业的安全性,又加快了施工速度。通过试用验收,取得了良好的效果。Traditional shaft laying flat tail rope in engineering used sideward well cage hoist laying, only can lay a tail rope at one time. In order to speed up the installation progress of hoisting unit in kilometer vertical shaft, the process of laying flat tail rope was completed by variable counterweight, and three tail ropes can be laid at one time. It not only improved the safety of shaft operation, but also speed up the construction. Through trial acceptance, good results have been achieved.
